On Wednesday 23rd February at 18:00 CEST, we will be continuing our series of eUROGEN webinars.
Share4Rare is an online community where patients with rare diseases and caregivers can connect and participate in research. Patients can have an active role and incorporate their perspective in research through data donation to scientists. This approach generates knowledge about under-studied diseases and provides scientific and health-related information to patients and families. Moreover, the Share4Rare artificial intelligence algorithm allows people living with rare conditions to reach related patient organisations and peers with the same diagnosis or symptoms in a safe environment.
Whilst Share4Rare is primarily a tool for patients, caregivers, and patient organizations, health professionals will also find it of interest as they can act as prescribers, which can be very positive for all the users. Furthermore, research groups may also find the platform interesting, and options for collaboration may exist.
This webinar will be presented by Elisa Mora, Platform Manager at Share4Rare.
