The ERN Guidelines Consortium training programme for ERN Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) and Clinical Decision Support Tools (CDSTs) is planned to start by February 2021 and will be tailored to two different audiences: Intermediate level and Expert level.
Every ERN will be able to select up to five attendees (clinicians, experts or patients) for intermediate training and one attendee (preferably the ERN CPG Contact Point) for expert training. An application form will be provided to each ERN by the ERN Guidelines Consortium in due course.
The Intermediate level training will consist of 23 hours of online tutored training plus a 1-day intensive face-to-face workshop. The Expert level training will consist of 18 hours of online tutored training plus a 2-day workshop. (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, preparations are also made for training to be fully online if necessary.)
Online material and self-administrated standalone training will also be provided via the European Commission so additional ERN members can access these.
We will keep you posted as more details become available.
