ERN eUROGEN is pleased to announce the successful transition to the new version of the Clinical Patient Management System (CPMS 2.0) on 27 November 2024. From now on, all new patient discussions will take place on this upgraded platform, designed to offer a more user-friendly and efficient experience for clinicians.
If you are a clinician based in the EU/EEA and are managing a patient with a rare uro-recto-genital disease or complex condition, you can seek further expert advice through CPMS 2.0 (provided you have obtained your patient’s consent). By submitting your case via this secure platform, a European-wide multidisciplinary team (MDT) of clinicians from our network of expert centres will review the case and offer recommendations. The decision to follow this advice remains entirely yours. The system is secure, and the identifying patient details will not be seen by anyone outside your centre.

If you are an existing CPMS user within ERN eUROGEN, your account has already been seamlessly migrated to the new system. You can continue accessing CPMS via EU Login using this link.
