The first internal meeting of the ERN Coordinators Group (CG) took place on 4 November and was attended by Wout Feitz (ERN eUROGEN Coordinator) and Michelle Battye (ERN eUROGEN Centre Manager).
The EC asked for consolidated feedback from the Coordinators on their top five priorities for changes to the Clinical Patient Management System (CPMS). The changes will focus on improving functionality, simplifying the workflow and making it easier to use. Following an intervention from Prof Feitz, it was agreed that surgical videos (along with EEGs and other large data files required by ERN EYE) should be a priority, due to urgent need.
The other main topic of discussion was the non-compliance of healthcare providers template produced by the EC. ERN eUROGEN’s proposed version of this document will be circulated to the network for comments/agreement.
